Rent our rad space to host your next photo shoot, workshop, or meeting!

Our pad is like no other: with our amazing inventory displayed in a 125-year-old warehouse as your backdrop, or our white studio space with natural light and access to an abundance of amazing props. Whether you need stylish lounge groupings for brainstorming/breakout sessions, hip classroom seating for training/educational purposes, unique tables and chairs for a conference/meeting arrangement, an instagram-worthy workshop setup, or just a place to shoot: we've got you covered!

PRICING INFO

Unless noted otherwise, prices include use of space during business hours (M-F 10a-5p), two onsite reps, installation/setup (including furniture placement & styling), dismantling & cleaning, and access to our unrivaled selection of vintage, modern, and bohemian furniture and decor to stylishly outfit the space for your needs. Some lighting equipment is available so please inquire. Additional onsite reps, moving assistants, and photographers available for an additional fee.

 

Studio Space Rental + Inventory:

  • $45/hour, 2-hour minimum, *rental credit. (Additional inventory available to rent at regular rental rate.)

  • $65/hour, 3-hour minimum, *rental credit, for weekends and holidays, or outside normal business hours.

  • $110/hour, same as above but during DNC.

*$250 rental credit for first hour, $50 rental credit for each additional hour of rental time to reserve preferred inventory in advance.

Two onsite reps, installation/setup, dismantling, & cleaning are NOT included. Please bring sufficient help and include any needed setup and cleanup time in your booking.

 

Penthouse/Studio Space Rental + Inventory:

  • $200/hour, 2-hour minimum, *rental credit + unlimited use of available small **inventory excluding large inventory and furniture.

  • $300/hour, 2-hour minimum, *rental credit + unlimited use of available **inventory. Two moving assistants included.

  • $400/hour same as above but during DNC

*$750 rental credit for first hour, $125 rental credit for each additional hour of rental time to reserve preferred inventory in advance.

**Use of our food/beverage service items and/or serving of food/beverages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Hostess with the Mostest + Inventory:

  • $400/hour, 3-hour minimum including *rental credit + reserved food service items & unlimited use of available inventory.

  • $500/hour same as above but for weekends and holidays, or outside normal business hours.

  • $800/hour same as above but during DNC

*$1500 rental credit for first hour, $250 rental credit for each additional hour of rental time to reserve preferred inventory in advance.

To ensure availability of preferred inventory, we recommend advanced reservations with the applied rental credit to guarantee those items for your reserved date and time.

ADDITIONAL SPACE INFO

The penthouse is available for business social functions and commercial/business purposes only but unfortunately is not available for private social functions.

We can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 75 standing guests with ample options of seating and decor.

Totaling 1500 square feet of transformable space located in the heart of Milwaukee within walking distance from downtown, the Historic Third Ward, the train and bus station, and streetcar stop, and just a 15-minute drive from General Mitchell International Airport. Bus stop is across the street. Street parking, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen (for catering or pre-made meals) are available. Located on the 2nd floor with stairs and elevator access.

SETUP AND CLEANING INFO

 

Unless noted otherwise, two onsite reps will be present to assist with any needs, and setup, dismantling, and cleaning is included in the hourly rental rate. The space must be left as it was found. Any items brought in must be removed from the premises at load out. Any perishables or rubbish must be either removed from the premises or discarded into supplied trash bins before departure.
