Vacant Home Staging
From empty to exceptional, our vacant home staging service will transform your property into an inviting home with our unrivaled collections of furniture, decor, lighting, and artwork.
This service features a Relics-curated custom design tailored for your property, flexible term lengths to accommodate your sales plan, pricing by square foot so you pay for only the spaces we stage, large scale furniture, and decor and styling.
Pricing is per square foot, starting at 1.75 for approved trade professionals, of only the rooms we design and stage and is scaled up based on length term. This is the quickest and easiest option. Furnishings and decor will be provided at our designers’ discretion. Just send us photos and a floor plan with dimensions of the rooms and we’ll show up and make pretty. Reach out.

Staging Design Consults
- a discovery consult via phone or video: aka sixty minutes of therapy at 199. FREE when you book your staging rental order with us! (We’ll apply it towards rentals.) This power hour is for those wanting focused guidance and expert advice for their staging project. Before: we’ll ask you to provide some info. After: followed by a summary. Book it here.
- a one-to-one creative consult with one of our designers either virtually or in-person at your property. We’ll gather necessary information beforehand to meaningfully utilize our time together. Tour your home and evaluate areas for improvement. Afterward, we’ll follow up with an “into-the-weeds” detailed actionable written plan with customized, itemized, prioritized directions and next steps of projects, rental recommendations, what furniture and decor to shift or nix, and what lighting to install and paint colors to update (including specific resources) to elevate your home’s presentation and property value. Priced at 1. per square foot of property size with a 1.5K minimum spend, plus travel expenses for locations outside of Milwaukee County. Staging Styling Service
Our rockstar team of stylists and decorators (a.k.a. a keen-eyed detail-oriented loot-curating beautifying support team of unpackers & placers) will come in and reimagine your belongings, do a freshen-up and styling of key areas, editing and rearranging your existing decor and accessories, as well as incorporating some of Relics decor pieces, all to make your home camera-ready.
Priced at 1.50 per square foot, with a 1K minimum spend, plus travel expenses if outside of Milwaukee County, and includes a one-month rental term of any Relics pieces utilized for staging projects. Lease term length can be extended if you need the product longer. Reach out or get started.

Design

Installation
If you’ve booked a delivery order of our vacant staging services or a la carte rentals or booked our onsite styling service of an occupied space, then on installation day, we’ll take care of the rest: fully styled, delivered, setup, and picture-perfect! We may return as needed during the staging term to make any refinements.

Where does Relics stage properties?
Although we’re based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we are travel size and so is our loot so please inquire for staging properties outside of our local community.
How long are the staging terms?
Typically initial terms are less than 30 days but longer terms can be negotiated for extended rentals.
Can I choose specific furniture and decor pieces?
For a la carte staging rentals, shop our rentals with pricing for your vacant or occupied home, submit a wishlist, then we’ll get back to you asap with availaiblity and info about getting it there and back.
If choosing specific furnishings and decor “a la carte” ain’t your thing, but you’re pretty sure you wanna have some sort of informed consent, then our Premium Staging Service is for you. This service for vacant or occupied spaces offers our rentals a la carte for you to approve selections before the installation and is at a higher price than our standard Vacant Home Staging Service where our designers have full creative direction and choose the pieces that are best for the space. A 449. design retainer (applied to staging rentals), budget, photos and a floor plan with dimensions of the rooms to be staged must be submitted in advance. Pricing varies for custom-sourced items. Do home buyers get to keep the staging furniture?
A buyout can be negotiated! Rental furniture and decor are staged in the home in time for the listing photos to be captured and then for the duration of the furniture leasing period, allowing the home to be shown furnished, then the items are returned to Relics. Otherwise, contact us for purchase inquiries.
Which rooms should be staged?
We recommend the heart of the home (i.e. kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, bedroom, entry) but can make recommendations specific to your space.
How much does Relics home staging cost?
Each property is fairly priced based on scale and scope, term length and square footage of only the spaces we stage. See our Investment Guide for more info.
How long does it take for the actual staging installation?
In order for us to make the space picture-perfect and make any detailed refinements, we prefer 2-3 business days for complete installation, but the time needed varies depending on scale and scope of each property.
